Payroll Manager – Global Payroll Center of Excellence

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for designated countries or regions, supervise payroll team members, ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and drive payroll system enhancements and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll preferred
• Prior experience working in a global or regional payroll shared services environment
• Minimum 5+ years of payroll experience, including end-to-end China payroll
• Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage
