Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll preferred
• Prior experience working in a global or regional payroll shared services environment
• Minimum 5+ years of payroll experience, including end-to-end China payroll
• Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and best practices.
• Proven experience in leading payroll transitions, system implementation, vendor transitions or automation initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage
