Payroll Specialist

Job Description: Payroll Specialist Processing payroll for Coherent's weekly payroll population. Act as a backup for other US Payroll team members. Work with ADP Added Value Services to ensure timely and accurate back-end payroll processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience processing payroll for a large multi-state payroll
• High School Diploma required
• Experience with an in-house payroll system, preferably SAP Payroll
• Very good organizational and communications skills required
• Experience producing and analyzing reports, particularly using Excel
