Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll, acting as a backup for other US Payroll team members, and supporting employees and HR Business Partners as a subject matter expert in payroll. The role also involves auditing and reconciling payroll results, and working with ADP Added Value Services to ensure timely and accurate back-end payroll processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience processing payroll for a large multi-state payroll
• High School Diploma required
• Experience with an in-house payroll system, preferably SAP Payroll
• Very good organizational and communications skills required
• Experience producing and analyzing reports, particularly using Excel
