Production Supervisor

Responsible for supervising daily operations in polishing, greening, coating, and lens fabrication processes, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Leadership capabilities to manage a virtual team or knows some operating system tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
