Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the operative management of the assigned production area, ensuring the efficient build of UPS products and its sub-assemblies in accordance with the required quality standard and customer demand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management
• At least 5 years experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality/improvement systems
• Excellent leadership, people management and communication skills
• Focused, analytical, systematic, keen to details, and with high tolerance for stress
• Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment and deliver results
• Team player and can work well with others
• Punctual and with high sense of urgency and responsibility
