Program Manager for Test

Manage products through NPI process, develop and manage project schedule, communicate status, highlight gaps to plan, and deliver qualified products meeting NPI deliverables to the Operations team.

Requirements

• Manage products through NPI process, complete Phase Exit gates, and deliver qualified products meeting NPI deliverables to the Operations team.
• Develop and manage project schedule, communicate status, highlight gaps to plan.
• Identify and manage project resource constraints, dependencies, and critical paths to accomplish the program goals; resolve issues.
• Manage material supply to ensure build configuration and schedule will support required NPI deliverables.
• Regular communication with off-shore manufacturing and supply chain team members.
• Light travel for development activities: global team coordination, product transfer, and problem resolution.
• Successfully managing cross-functional teams, interacting with a broad range of functions, skills, cultures, and personalities
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and risk management skills
