Program Manager for Test

Manage products through NPI process, complete Phase Exit gates, and deliver qualified products meeting NPI deliverables to the Operations team. Primary responsibility to develop and manage the project schedule, communicate status, highlight gaps to plan. Set, manage, and communicate expectations to the project team, management, and other stakeholders. Identify and manage project resource constraints, dependencies, and critical paths to accomplish the program goals; resolve issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with optical transceivers or components desirable
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or Product Lifecycle Management processes
• Experience successfully managing cross-functional teams, interacting with a broad range of functions, skills, cultures, and personalities
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and risk management skills
• Master's degree in an engineering or science discipline
