Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Develops and implements methods, operation sequences, and test protocols for the manufacture of fiber lasers and related products. Provides technical leadership and leads engineering efforts in product/technology transfers. Supports continuous improvement culture in laser-related manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in photonic/electrical/electronic engineering discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in photonics devices or system-related field
• Skilled in laser system, optics, photonics components
• Basic programming (LabView/Mathlab) skill
• Electronic knowledge in Printed Circuit Board Assembly, software programming and application
• Good interpersonal, analytical, communication skills and a good team player
• Excellent structured problem-solving skills
