Develops and implements methods, operation sequences, and test protocols for the manufacture of fiber lasers and related products. Provides technical leadership and leads engineering efforts in product/technology transfers. Supports continuous improvement culture in laser-related manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in photonic/electrical/electronic engineering discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in photonics devices or system-related field
- Skilled in laser system, optics, photonics components
- Basic programming (LabView/Mathlab) skill
- Electronic knowledge in Printed Circuit Board Assembly, software programming and application
- Good interpersonal, analytical, communication skills and a good team player
- Excellent structured problem-solving skills
