Job Description
Manage test maintenance and engineering for a global leader in lasers and materials. Responsible for execution of Tester build plan, yield and process improvement, and test area efficiency. Drive technical project tasks to completion and support test yield and testability enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master/PhD of Science/Engineering
- Minimum 10 years managerial experience in mass production environment
- Good computer literacy and communication skills
- Knowledge of test or related planning
- Good sense of engineering tradeoffs and software changes impact
