Manage test maintenance and engineering management in a mass production environment. Responsible for executing tester build plans, supporting product engineering, and improving test area efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master/PhD of Science/Engineering
- Minimum 10 years managerial experience in mass production environment
- Good computer literacy and communication skill
- Planning, knowledge on tester or others related
- Good sense of engineering tradeoffs and ability to understand software changes on maintainability
