Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least 6 years of experience working in a manufacturing company
• 1+ year of experience as a Shift Lead
• Familiarity with manufacturing assembly lines
• Ability to guide and communicate with team members
• Ability to understand and adapt to new procedures
• Ability to report to supervisors and take initiative in work
• High sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and flexibility in handling work situations
