Provide technical training to business units in Coherent Vietnam, with a focus on OTJ technical training for direct labor employees and contributing to training-related projects to enhance manufacturing performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management or Business Administration or equivalent
- 2+ years of Training, education, learning & organisational development experience in a manufacturing organization
- High proficiency in English and Vietnamese
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
