• Comprehensive experience in laser or photonics technology
• Several years of experience in product development or system engineering of complex hardware subsystems
• Experience in requirements management and agile product leadership roles
• Knowledge in systems engineering, architecture methods, and validation processes
• Several years of leadership experience
• Strong moderation and decision-making skills
• Experience working in agile frameworks
• Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
• Systemic thinking, analytical, and structured work
