Requirements
- Comprehensive experience in laser or photonics technology (development of lasers, optomechanics, electronics, control) based on a technical degree
- Several years of experience in product development or system engineering of complex hardware subsystems
- Sovereign in requirements management and agile product leadership roles
- Knowledge in systems engineering, architecture methods, and validation processes
- Several years of leadership experience (professionally or disciplinarily)
- Strong moderation and decision-making skills
- Experience working in agile frameworks
- Outstanding communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
- Systemic thinking, analytical, and structured work
- High technical curiosity and innovation orientation
- Conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and empathy
- Negotiation-safe German and English knowledge
