Technician, Senior Technician and Associate Engineer 1

Assist product engineer, conduct verification and calibration, participate in software and hardware installation, validate failures, and create troubleshooting procedures. Ensure test stations are functional and reduce production tester downtime.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Optoelectronics or Telecommunications)
• At least 1-2 years of experience in optical device testing/repair related industry and in mass production environment
• Knowledgeable in operating and maintaining different test instruments including spectrum analyzer, optical power meter and oscilloscopes
• Willingness to work on shift rotations, weekends, or on-call maintenance schedules when needed
• Ability to perform and configure communication interfaces (GPIB, LAN, USB) and verify test software integrity
• Familiar with basic knowledge and principle of optical devices
• Good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information/data
• Familiar with circuit diagrams and a strong background in Electronics
• Can work independently and work with support teams as needed
• Basic knowledge of optical circuit, circuit analysis, problem solving and master the use of optical module test instruments
