Assist product engineer, conduct verification and calibration, participate in software and hardware installation, validate failures, and create troubleshooting procedures. Ensure test stations are functional and reduce production tester downtime.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Optoelectronics or Telecommunications)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in optical device testing/repair related industry and in mass production environment
- Knowledgeable in operating and maintaining different test instruments including spectrum analyzer, optical power meter and oscilloscopes
- Willingness to work on shift rotations, weekends, or on-call maintenance schedules when needed
- Ability to perform and configure communication interfaces (GPIB, LAN, USB) and verify test software integrity
- Familiar with basic knowledge and principle of optical devices
- Good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information/data
- Familiar with circuit diagrams and a strong background in Electronics
- Can work independently and work with support teams as needed
- Basic knowledge of optical circuit, circuit analysis, problem solving and master the use of optical module test instruments
