To assist the product engineer in achieving yield targets, scrap cost targets, debug accuracy targets, and lean projects evaluation. Conduct daily verification and path loss calibration, and participate in software and hardware installation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Optoelectronics or Telecommunications)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in optical device testing/repair related industry and in mass production environment
- Knowledgeable in operating and maintaining different test instruments including spectrum analyzer, optical power meter and oscilloscopes
- Willingness to work on shift rotations, weekends, or on-call maintenance schedules when needed
- Ability to perform and configure communication interfaces (GPIB, LAN, USB) and verify test software integrity
- Familiar with basic knowledge and principle of optical devices
- Good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information/ data
- Familiar with circuit diagrams and a strong background in Electronics
- Can work independently and work with support teams as needed
- Basic knowledge of optical circuit, circuit analysis, problem solving and master the use of optical module test instruments
