Teamlead Electrical Engineering & Software (m/w/d)

As a Team Lead Electrical Engineering & Software, you will lead a dedicated team and be responsible for developing and improving electrical subsystems for laser products. You will work on power distribution units, control hardware, and functional safety architectures, and collaborate with international development teams.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering (electronics / electrical engineering, high-frequency engineering) or comparable studies
• Experience in developing electrical systems - ideally in the field of high-power laser systems or special-purpose machinery
• Leadership experience in technical teams
• Solid knowledge of relevant standards and safety regulations
• Fluency in German (spoken and written) and good command of English for international collaboration
