This Home Health Registered Nurse position provides nursing care in a home setting, ensuring comprehensive health, psychosocial support, and prevention of illness. It's a safety-sensitive position, subject to disciplinary action if marijuana or its metabolites are detected. The role involves comprehensive assessments, documentation, coordination of patient care, and participation in in-service programs.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma
- Home Care/Case Management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
- Competency in venipuncture, CPR, and infusion therapy
- Working knowledge of Medicare, HIPAA, and EMR software
- Current automobile insurance
- Workable knowledge of regulatory standards and standards
