Corporate Communications Manager

The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for executing Cohu’s external and internal communications, investor‐facing materials, digital platforms, and brand governance. This is a highly visible and strategic role that integrates Investor Relations, Global Customer Group, and Marketing Communications deliverables to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely messaging to employees, customers, investors, and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, investor relations support, or related roles. Preferably for a publicly listed company.
• Exceptional communication skills to serve as a thought partner to senior leadership with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Strong writing, editing, and executive‐level content development skills.
• Experience managing social channels, trade shows, events, branding, and collateral development.
• Demonstrated experience managing WordPress platforms, SharePoint, and digital content ecosystems including proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Canva, and enterprise CMS platforms.
• Working knowledge of SEO, analytics (Google Analytics), and social media platforms.
• Experience supporting earnings cycles, sustainability reporting, and external stakeholder communications preferred.
• Proven project management, planning, and organizational skills.
