Engineering Manager - Platform (FinHub)

Coinbase is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Ledger team within the Product Foundations - Platform Product Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing engineering teams, guiding the development of features, services, and infrastructure, and implementing the multi-year strategy for the team.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 2 years of engineering management experience.
• Strong understanding of high-quality code and effective engineering practices.
• Execution-focused mindset, capable of navigating through ambiguity and delivering results.
• Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term planning.
• Experience in creating, delivering, and operating multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale.
