Product Manager II - Cash Balances

We're seeking a Product Manager II to lead the development of our Cash products, focusing on trust, quality, and usability. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and launch new products for Coinbase users. You'll need 5+ years of product management experience in regulated brokerage and FinTech, with expertise in Fintech Banking, DeFi Banking, and/or Cash management products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in regulated brokerage and FinTech
• Deep expertise in Fintech Banking, DeFi Banking and/or Cash management products
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership and evidence of the ability to guide product strategy and create alignment with senior cross-functional partners
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to building a robust platform with reliability, scale, and risk mitigation at its core
• Ability to bridge complex technical and regulatory requirements with simple, intuitive user-facing products
• Demonstrated passion for retail investing, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission
