Job Description
Coinbase is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to lead strategic initiatives at Coinbase. The role will involve leading large-scale programs, teaming with internal and external stakeholders, and setting cross-functional business objectives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working with consumer products as a technical program manager
- Experience balancing product and business priorities with operational requirements
- Experience with product development life cycle and or product operations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience solving for tradeoffs between operational requirements and user experience
- Ability to identify, resolve technical and functional risks/issues
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving program needs
- Experience working in a global, large-scale, complex, and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, engineering, economics or related field
