Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
• Good understanding of B2B sales processes and funnels
• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot), spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and adjacent systems
• Experience building and launching programs with Zapier, n8n, Claude, Gemini, and Google App Script
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize, and report on data accurately and efficiently
• Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage assigned tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, balancing constraints with business needs
