Job Description
This role is for a Growth Leader in Thailand, responsible for defining and owning the growth strategy aligned with country and group goals. The leader will drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven campaigns and product-led growth initiatives, managing a team and overseeing digital channels. They will also collaborate with various teams to optimize conversion and payment flows, monitor market trends, and prepare reports.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, product marketing, or a similar function
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and driving user engagement through full-funnel marketing
- Deep understanding of Thailand’s digital ecosystem, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment
- Strong analytical and experimental mindset
- Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup culture
- Chinese is a must
