Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably focused on technology, product, project management, and design roles.
- Proven experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and talent mapping.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and Filipino.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, such as technology startups, fintech, e-commerce, or recruitment agencies.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and systems, including experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strong understanding of talent market trends and recruitment strategies for technical roles.
