Technical Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical and operations roles supporting Payreto’s Payments and Banking Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of G Suite/MS Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of payments, fintech, and banking operations talent markets.
- Process-oriented.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with extended team members.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience hiring for IT, Payments, and Banking Operations roles.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment operations or full-cycle recruitment.
- Proactive, critical thinking, teamwork, and positive attitude.
- High attention to details.
- Results-oriented.
