Technical Recruiter

Technical Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical and operations roles supporting Payreto’s Payments and Banking Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of G Suite/MS Office Suite.
• Deep understanding of payments, fintech, and banking operations talent markets.
• Process-oriented.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with extended team members.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience hiring for IT, Payments, and Banking Operations roles.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment operations or full-cycle recruitment.
• Proactive, critical thinking, teamwork, and positive attitude.
• High attention to details.
• Results-oriented.
