As a Technical Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to source, assess, and attract top-tier talent to meet the technical requirements of our organization, building and maintaining a robust team of skilled IT professionals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably with a focus on IT roles.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts, programming languages, and technology stacks.
- Familiarity with technical assessment tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
