Technical Recruiter

Teamified works with top enterprises and digital native businesses in Australia, helping them build their remote teams in India, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka. The company currently has 200+ engineers, testers, product managers etc., working across 20+ partners. As a Recruiter specializing in IT roles, the primary responsibility will be to source, assess, and attract top-tier talent to meet the technical requirements of the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably with a focus on IT roles.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, programming languages, and technology stacks.
• Familiarity with technical assessment tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
