Job Description
The Sully-Miller team is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manufacturing Controller to oversee financial operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in accounting, finance or other applicable degree
- At least 7 years of accounting work experience
- Construction industry accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of both GAAP and IFRS including revenue recognition and lease accounting standards
- Previous experience managing a small team
- CPA and/or CMA certification
- Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and follow-up on multiple concurrent tasks
- Experience with JDE, Sage, Timberline, or other enterprise construction industry software
- Highly motivated, positive, professional, organized, detail oriented, and an effective communicator
