Terus Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee various stages of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Ability to understand construction drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of construction equipment, materials and processes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc.)
- Knowledge of or ability to learn estimating software including Heavy Job and Heavy Bid
- Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills
- Committed to enforcing company policies and procedures
- High level of time management, independent judgment and reasoning
