Job Description
Skid Steer Operator role involves operating equipment, performing inspections and maintenance, and collaborating with a travelling construction crew. The operator will work on projects across Ontario and occasionally across Canada, with a focus on safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience operating skid steers or similar heavy equipment
- Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
