The Skid Steer Operator is responsible for operating skid steer loaders to assist with excavation, material handling, and site preparation activities, ensuring safe operation and effective communication with the team.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating skid steer loaders or similar equipment in a construction environment
• Valid Heavy Equipment Operator certification or relevant training
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to work safely around heavy machinery
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
