Customer Care Coordinator

The Customer Care Coordinator will book and coordinate shipments, act as liaison to customer, provide problem resolution, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Previous data entry experience
• Good telephone communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
