Quality Compliance Team Leader

A Quality Compliance Team Leader is needed to lead the implementation and maintenance of documentation systems to ensure 100% compliance with cGMP, FSMA, and Hill’s Global Quality Standards. The role requires experience in a Food, Drug, or GMP-regulated environment and a strong understanding of FDA regulations. The position is responsible for supervising the product release process, managing internal and external audits, and driving a culture of continuous improvement to safeguard product integrity and consumer trust.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related scientific discipline).
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in a Food, Drug, or GMP-regulated environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Quality-specific role (QA/QC) and Minimum 3 years of proven supervisory/people leadership experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of FDA regulations (113, 507 CFR) and experience managing/responding to regulatory inspections.
