Quality Compliance Team Leader

A Quality Compliance Team Leader is needed to ensure the Tonganoxie manufacturing site adheres to the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. The role will lead the development and monitoring of site quality systems, influence the implementation of global standards and governmental regulations, and drive a culture of continuous improvement to safeguard product integrity and consumer trust.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related scientific discipline)
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in a Food, Drug, or GMP-regulated environment
• At least 3 years of experience in a Quality-specific role (QA/QC/FS)
• Minimum 3 years of proven supervisory/people leadership experience
• Comprehensive understanding of FDA regulations (113, 507 CFR) and experience managing/responding to regulatory inspections
• Proficiency in using enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) for data management and reporting
