Job Description
Hill's Pet Nutrition is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality and Food Safety Program to ensure all products exceed global standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will drive site quality strategy, lead audit excellence, optimize core quality systems, champion consumer satisfaction, build organizational capability, and foster a culture of safety.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, or other technical roles.
- 3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing facility.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading and participating in regulatory agency audits and inspections.
