Business Development Director - AI Data & Training

Colibri is seeking a Business Development Director to lead a new growth initiative at the intersection of professional learning, frontier data, and the broader AI ecosystem. The role involves identifying opportunities, shaping early partnerships, and helping the company learn where its assets and capabilities can create value for AI-native companies and technology innovators.

Requirements

• 10+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or product management
• 5+ years in fast-paced, execution-driven roles
• Track record of closing partnerships/alliances in AI, data marketplace services, annotation/data ops, ML infrastructure, or similar
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field preferred
