Requirements
- Assist customers and dealers with creating new accounts, modifying/merging existing accounts, and providing alpha numeric codes for GPS enabled farming devices.
- Provide solutions to customer problems of a moderately complex level.
- Effectively document customer interactions and issues.
- Distribute product/service/policy information to customers and dealers.
- Develop common solutions to problems with team members.
- Maintain customer-related information online.
- Assist in promoting client products/services/programs.
