Job Description
Collabera is seeking a Technical Writer to work on-site in Eagan, MN. As a Technical Writer, you will work with internal teams to create high-quality documentation, write online help, developer guides, and end-user manuals, and create tutorials for end-users. The ideal candidate will have experience writing API documentation, simple shell scripts, and have a strong working knowledge of JSON, XML, and MS Office.
Requirements
- Proven working experience writing API documentation
- Experience writing simple shell scripts for REST API Examples
- Experience with UNIX, Python or Javascript is desired
- Working knowledge of JSON and XML
- Experience with Swagger a plus
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Ability to work with minimal guidance
- Excellent written skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
