The Integration Manager provides leadership and expert advice to management and team members, overseeing customer support, project planning, and team workload. The role requires strong Workday implementation experience, 5 years of experience, and active Workday Certification – Integration Core. Additional certifications, such as Workday Studio, CCTPP, CCB, and Financials, are preferred. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Workday functional areas, such as HCM and Financials, and be able to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or IT-Engineering related field
- Strong Workday implementation experience
- 5 years’ experience with Workday
- Active Workday Certification – Integration Core
- Additional Certifications (Preferred) - Workday Studio, CCTPP, CCB, Financials.
- Good understanding of workday functional areas such as HCM, Financials
- SME of at least 1 Workday Module
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to identify and analyze areas of risk and develops plans to minimize
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
- Ability to work in diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.
