Job Description
The Master Level Supervisor will oversee Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams in Ocean, Monmouth, Middlesex and Union counties, providing 24/7 services for mental health, substance use, and suicidal emergencies. The role involves daily staff management, crisis management, clinical oversight, and community referral partnerships. The position is 30 hours/week on weekends.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a mental health related discipline
- 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Valid NJ Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Exceptional writing and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
