Job Description
The PER DIEM Master Level Supervisor will oversee Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORT) in Ocean, Monmouth, Middlesex, and Union counties. This role involves supervising staff, reviewing care plans, providing technical assistance, and maintaining ongoing clinical oversight. MCORT provides 24/7 mental health, substance use, and suicidal emergency services.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a mental health related discipline
- 1+ years of supervisory experience (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Exceptional communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage crises
- Bilingual skills (a plus)
- Valid NJ Driver’s License
