College Housing Northwest (CHNW) is a nonprofit that helps students succeed by providing them with more affordable housing in supportive communities. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the smooth operation and general facility maintenance to ensure the care and safety of our buildings.
Requirements
- Ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner while communicating progress and completion with residents and supervisors
- Executes apartment turnover tasks including painting and repairs
- Installs and repairs fixtures and outlets, replaces and adjusts lighting
- Conducts or assists with periodic property and apartment inspections
- Provides the highest level of service to residents
- Prioritizes one’s own development and engagement by participating in company training, activities, and events
- Collaborates with the rest of the staff to contribute to the company mission
