Part-Time Assistant/Tech in the Office of Technology Services (OTS) department provides direct support to students in the computer lab, ensuring a welcoming and productive environment for learning and technology use. The role involves assisting with basic troubleshooting, guiding students through software and system usage, and maintaining lab organization and readiness.

Requirements

• Must be dependable, punctual, self-motivated, work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of computers, office applications, and Internet skills (additional training will be provided)
• Proficient in Office apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and excellent writing skills
