Job Description
The College of Southern Nevada is hiring Part-Time Lab Monitors to assist students with completing assignments and understanding course concepts. The position requires previous experience in student support, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and certain computer courses. The salary is $15.00 per hour and the position may require a criminal background check.
Requirements
- Assist students with completing assignments and helping understand course concepts
- Taken a computer hardware/software and networking course (CIT 114 & CIT 112)
- Grade of A or B is required for any of the subject courses
- Previous student support experience
- Courses: CSCO 120, 121, 220, 221; CIT 173
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint IC3 Certified
