Job Description
The College of Southern Nevada is hiring a Part-Time Welding Lab Technician to support lab operations, instructors, and students with equipment setup and maintenance, and inventory management. The position requires technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of specialized equipment, with a tentative schedule of Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
Requirements
- Ability to set up, operate and troubleshoot SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW and PAC machines.
- Proficient with an Oxy-fuel system and the tools related to the Welding industry.
- Experience verifying proper equipment operation and performing equipment maintenance
