Employee Relations Partner

Collibra is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join their People Team. The role will require demonstrated employee relations expertise, including performance management and investigations, and will involve partnering closely with business managers, People Partners, and the Legal team.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Employee Relations, ideally in a tech or fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of employee relations principles, investigations, and employment practices
• Professional fluency in English, French, and Dutch, with strong capability to manage employee relations matters in all three languages
• Strong process-thinking mindset, with experience defining or improving workflows
• High curiosity and practical interest in AI and automation, with the ability to translate concepts into real use cases
• Comfortable enabling others: coaching, guiding, and helping People Partners adopt new ways of working
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to non-experts
