Design, research, and review employee relations programs to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction. Execute ER initiatives, plan and facilitate workshops, and handle communication and coordination with internal and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, or People & Culture roles
- Strong program management and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative and resourceful in designing engaging activities within budget
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills (employees, leaders, vendors, partners)
- Ability to gather feedback, assess participation, and measure program impact
