Job Description
Colliers Project Leaders is looking for Assistant Preconstruction Managers to join their Construction Solutions team. The role involves providing preconstruction leadership to deliver value-based design and constructability options for projects across Canada, and requires a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, combined with experience in the construction industry.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of progressive work-related experience in design, cost estimating, and/or construction
- Professional Engineering qualifications will be given preference
- PMP qualifications will be given preference, or willingness to obtain within one year
